41c9d0faec - Added support for search name grouping. 
- Handled the case of CContainer in both updateIndexAddResource and
updateIndexRemoveResource.
- Added timing for merge operations - controlled by Indexer tracing option
- Modified removeSourceFolderFromIndex in IndexManager to take an IProject

cfb0a1da4c Fix for bug 68934: Debug into dll doesn't work. 
The "solib-search-path" and "stop-on-solib-events" options are not supported by gdb on CygWin.
Removed the "Shared Libraries" tab from the "Debugger" page of the laaunch configuration dialog

2afbe7e5f4 From Dave Williams: Doc updates to the reference section for: 
new Discovery Problem Reporting option (3 changes)
new Binary Parser section for New Managed Make Project Properties (1 addition and new screen captures for that section)
updates to two concepts docs, the cdt_c_search.htm and cdt_c_makefile.htm which were showing some errors on certain characters

39fd1475ba Indirect fix for Bug 65551: [Search] Search for Variable references should not include parameters 
Instead of excluding parameter references from searches, added parm declarations to the index (for
