Print name of current/working directory. More information: https://www.gnu.org/software/coreutils/pwd.

  • Print the current directory:

pwd

  • Print the current directory, and resolve all symlinks (i.e. show the "physical" path):

pwd --physical

  • Print the current logical directory:

pwd --logical
