8aa7fc7cc3 Use path select based on env rather than Debug 
Building a Release seems to just break newer versions of ANGLE,
so now let's just use Debug always.
the environment variable `MKXPZ_SELECT_PATH`
can be set to any value to bring up the option to select a path
