nickboldt d44bade9a7 Add intermediate poms; 
Create parent pom;
Remove relative paths and update refs to intermediate parent poms;
Comment out source features, change .qualifier to -SNAPSHOT;
Update sdk version to 4.8 milestones;
Organize wince into build;

Use the "examples" folder for plugin projects containing examples.
All projects should be named "org.eclipse.rse.examples.*".
