David Inglis d88c252a40 Since standard make project don't really know what there target platform ... is lets (for now) assume any "*" if the extension does not list any, in the future we'll call ICOwner.getPlatform(IProject) (new) to give back a target platform which the user has given us.		2002-11-04 19:28:32 +00:00
