I have moved ISymbolDMContext, IBreakpointsTargetDMContext, ISourceLookupDMContext, ISignalsDMContext, IDisassemblyDMContext back to GDBControlDMContext. Maybe later, depending on GDB's final solution, we can move things back. So, GDBControlDMContext is no longer an IMemoryDMContext or an IContainerDMContext.
