Matthew Bastien bb7cbf8429 Bug 518837: Launch Config Dialog select first tab by default ... Under certain circumstances the launch config dialog wouldn't have a tab selected when it opened. Changed the selection logic to explicitly select the first tab rather than assume that it would be selected.
