Doug Schaefer 6847dafb3c Remove the Import-Package now that we depend on com.sun.xml.bind ... The package import was actually causing grief in our downstream tests. Appears to really confuse equinox, or more likely myself, and cause the java.xml classes to get loaded differently causing a bizarre error.
