Fixed CModelManager to include header files with .H extension as C++ headers. Fixed bug36448 - Parser fails for C programs containing C++ keywords as identifiers TESTS Added ScannerTestCase::testBug36434(). Added ScannerTestCase::testMultipleLines(). Added ParserTestSuite.
