Martin Oberhuber 1cb50329e7 Releng: Tune eclipse-4.7.x-oxygen.target to pull minimal dependencies 
- Remove eclipse.sdk.ide and emf.sdk in the Target Platform
- Add platform.ide , hamcrest and ecf for correct dependencies
- Enable "planner" mode in the Target Platform instead of "slicer"
  for automated resolving of dependencies.

Its core depends on Eclipse RCP only.
All these Git modules should be named "org.eclipse.tm.terminal.*".
