Mat Booth 172d3a25dc Bug 576957 - Incorrect javadoc links in doc.isv bundle ... Since fd9382d CDT has required Java 11, this change fixes the Javdoc shipped as part of the doc.isv bundle to link to Java 11 classes instead of Java 8 classes. Fixes the following warning seen during the build: "javadoc: warning The code being documented uses modules but the packages defined in https://docs.oracle.com/javase/8/docs/api/ are in the unnamed module."
