dbcc86e5c5 Fixed NPE caused by rev 1.31 in following scenario: you open a C file with File > Open that is not in the workspace, then create a breakpoint (double-click). Selecting the breakpoint in the Breakpoints view would result in an NPE. 2008-12-04 21:57:52 +00:00

df7a539470 Fixed 254888. Fixed rare-case scenario where NPE results in CDebugTarget handling a thread suspended event. Also adjusted code to not assume that a CThread has a non-null ICDIThread reference (used to be the case, but no longer true with introduction of ICDIDisposable support).
