0396ced3b7 Fix for 66695: [Indexer] Manually add an include path to a file/folder is ignored 
Changed CompletionEngine getScannerInfo to get the info from a resource instead of
a project in order to get a complete list of include paths

c33e846074 patch from Tanya Wolff - This patch switches the Binary Parser Options group with its child composite. This gets rid of an unnamed composite between the controls and the group so that a screen reader can read the name of the group before the control. Now you can't see the Binary Parser Options group unless you select a parser that has some options. 
Also externalized some dialog titles accessed by Browse buttons.

09c86e033a patch from Tanya Wolff - Here's a patch that sets titles for "Open" FileDialog and "Browse For Folder" DirectoryDialog which aren't necessary for Windows OS since these dialogs come from the platform and have their own defaults, but for Linux, these dialogs don't have defaults. 
Tested on Windows and Linux
