Add SWTBot to test that the Launch Configuration, when opened via the
Launch Bar, displays a warning in the message area.
The Launch Bar Launch Configuration is, confusingly, handled by 2
different classes depending on whether a new configuration is being
created (NewLaunchConfigEditPage) or edited
(LaunchBarLaunchConfigDialog).
When using NewLaunchConfigEditPage, the existing
LaunchConfigurationTabGroupViewer.getWarningMessage() mechanism is used.
This was added to eclipse-platform in Bug 386673 (commit 231ef13).
When using LaunchBarLaunchConfigDialog (when editing), the new
getWarningMessage() mechanism, copied from the existing, is used.
In both classes above, logic was added to update the message when a tab
change occurs.
Some bundles are bumped because dev happened between 11.2 release and
this version bump. The most significant change that happened
was the bump in Tycho version which changed ECJ version and
hence some class files changed

Warning in build.properties will be errors when they run
in the tycho build, like this:

So make them errors in the workspace so that the issue is
detected before push.
Some build.properties issues don't affect the build, but
are still indicative of a problem.
The CDT Cleanup profile had a bunch of extra cleanups applied to it, this
prevents running the CDT cleanup profile manually to simulate running the
save actions on all Java files

Previously custom launch config tabs could cause a Class Cast Exception
in the Launchbar's edit launch config dialog if they did not use the
GridLayout. Since ed1e058 the launchbar dialog no longer tries to give
the tab control GridLayoutData, avoiding the problem and allowing custom
tabs to use whatever layout they wish.
This change updates the launchbar UI tests to Junit 5 and adds a new
SWTbot test to verify the dialog no longer throws a CCE in this case.
