Alexander Kurtakov	35bf85ebde	autotools: Automate regenerating docs ... Don't rely on hardcoded path to wikitext but instead use maven to download it and call ant properly. Moved to latest 3.0.22 wikitext. Regenerated the help with the latest wikitext too. To auto regenerat one has to call maven with -PregenHelp.
