9a70e8f755 Fixes for CSourceLoator: 
Use the 'getReferencedProjects' method of 'CSourceLocator' to obtain the list of referenced projects.
Use the correct tag for additional source locations.

04b6ea96de Major cleanup. Moved the resrouces out of the source tree and 
fixed a problem where we were not terminating debug sessions.
Also removed a bunch of unused stuff.

56d196d558 Fix for PR 38788: Ctrl-X, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, Ctrl-A, Ctrl-Z and Ctrl-Y keys don't work in the address field of the Memory view. 
Note: Ctrl-Z still doesn't work because there is no support of it in the Text widget.
