The script is quite basic. It does not even take parameters.
However, considering it will be run probably once every three
years, I felt it was sufficient.

Move the new build system to cdt.core and remove the previous
plugins. Hook the new system into scanner info and environment
variable manager.
Clean up API in preparation for Neon and API lockdown. Hook up
Qt to the new APIs.
Add discovery of MSYS2's toolchain and Qt and Qt's MinGW toolchain.

A bug was fixed in SWTBot and it doesn't throw
IndexOutOfBoundsException anymore. A test was relying on that.

Old SWTBot from Eclipse Mars had a dependency on
o.e.c.runtime.compatibility but this was removed in Eclipse 4.6 M3.
It suddently stopped working now because the Eclipse 4.6 milestones
composite repository doesn't contain the old milestones anymore.

This is the first change to remove CDI from CDT. The CDI model
implementation is removed along with everything that directly
depends upon the implementation.
This commit does not include refactoring or moving classes. The few
insertions are the minimum necessary.

Due to improvements in target platform in 12843ef it is now possible to
use mockito instead of easymock. This commit does that switch.
Note because of Bug 334540 we need to explicitly require the org.hamcrest
bundle so that it resolves. From the bug, Matthias Sohn says in Comment 1:
"I would just use Require-Bundle to get around this."

When launching with all CDT plugins, there were a few errors about missing
libraries. This patch adds the missing libraries (hamcrest, slf4j.impl).

Old targets were not working anymore. Also, rename the 4.6 target to
just cdt.target because there is only one that is primarily used.
This should be less confusing to new-comers.

This brings the master branch up to date with everything we've done
in the 8.8 branch. Adjusts for the new ILaunchTarget and targeted
launch delegate.
Also has a start at making more things common in the new build system.
With three extenders of it now in CDT, i.e. Qt, CMake, and Arduino,
it's obvious we can make things more common and make new extenders
less work.
Also undoes some of the work I've done to get Arduino onto the new
build system. Will need to redo it as we do the new common stuff.

Moved new build system to it's own plug-ins. Cleaned up the root
build configuration and toolchain classes and use them for Qt local
run builds. Also hooks Qt local run launch delegate to launch target
manager and associated delegate interface.

The prototyping of a tern.js based QML parser and semantic analyzer
is working out well. We are proceeding with that for now and are
removing the ANTLR based QML parser we were thinking of to clean
things up.

Eclipse 4.5 now offers specifying API baselines using target files.
This is much more simple than having to install and maintain a
separate Eclipse installation. This patch adds a new
cdt-baseline.target containing all the CDT features from the CDT
project update site.
To use the baseline target:
1. Go to preferences, Plug-in Development, API Baselines
2. Add Baseline...
3. Select "A target platform"
4. Enter a name, "cdt-baseline" for example
5. Select cdt-baseline in the list (cdt-baseline.target)
6. Click refresh, Finish
7. Make sure you select the newly created baseline as the new default
8. Press OK

This patch creates a product so that the stand-alone can be downloaded
without
the rest of the C/C++ EPP. It also makes it easier to use because the
user only
has to launch the executable, just like a regular Eclipse instead of
finding
the script.
To try the RCP:
mvn clean package -Pbuild-standalone-debugger-rcp
The result (tar.gz) is available under
debug/org.eclipse.cdt.debug.application.product/target/products
Once extracted, it can be started just like the normal script:
./cdtdebug -e myexecutable
