771e8c3c11 Turned on the DebugInfo flag so we can get line numbers 
in the backtraces. Also fixed the e-mail address for the build
message.

208055cbb3 Fixed the build scripts to use a seperate script generator 
version of eclipse so that we can use 2.1.2 to generate
the scripts since 3.0 is broken.

Made sure the jar files got included in the zips.

9dc3aa63e5 Upgrade to Eclipse 3.0. Includes: 
- upgrade plugin.xml files
- use PDE containers
- apply Eclipse 3.0 porting items, in particular openEditor and gotoMarker
- remove TestWorkbenches from test plugins
