8610899d03 Bug 419738 Support overriding MIVariableManager and friends 
We have a new way of gathering variables from gdb using some fancy
python scripts. These changes are to easily allow us to override
the variable manager to do that.

8f5e2ed1be Bug 415304 - project_loc, project_name and project_path variables in 
launch configurations are resolved unreliably.

This change fixes string substitution for the GDB command file
attribute. A similar approach can be applied to other launch
configuration attributes too.
