Doug Schaefer	6fad7334f7	Two major PDOM changes. First, the PDOM is now per workspace. Indexers remain per project. There were a lot of changes to make this work. ... Second, the macros are now cached on the PDOMCodeReaderFactory which is now used for the duration of a reindex request.
