ff58e4a1ef Fix for bug 82800: Make "Resume At Line" action retargettable. 
CStackFrame should provide an adapter to IJumpToLine and IJumpToAddress.

2758147c93 Fix for PR 82408 [ScannerConfig] GCCScannerInfoConsoleParser throws exception on "quoted spaces". 
The problem was incorrect parsing of lines containing "matched" characters (`, ' and ").

0f2803f134 Patch for Devin Steffler. 
This patch adds getProblems() to the CVisitor and CPPVisitor classes.  This is required to get IASTProblems since the new parser doesn't use a callback anymore.
Also, updated tests accordingly.

	The "New" action was not shown when workspace was empty
	or no selection.
