3bf07e8a61 Bug 416391 - NullPointerException in FPRendering when adding in Mem view 
Add null check. IModelProxyFactory.createModelProxy javadoc says
"Returns: model proxy or null". So a null check seems appropriate here.

8f5e2ed1be Bug 415304 - project_loc, project_name and project_path variables in 
launch configurations are resolved unreliably.

This change fixes string substitution for the GDB command file
attribute. A similar approach can be applied to other launch
configuration attributes too.

5dbcc8ec21 Bug 415789: NPE in ScannerConfigBuilder 
An implementation of IEnvironmentVariable is returning null for its key
or value.  The javadoc on this interface doesn't mention null, which I
guess makes it a valid value.

This patch checks the result before trying to put it into an instance of
java.util.Properties.
