When we update Tycho we pull in a new version of ECJ which means
we can get some differences in the class files even though
there is no difference in the source. This commit bumps
all the bundles that are affected by this.
This is kept as a separate commit from the Tycho update
because if we need to revert the Tycho update we would still
need to bump all these bundles to make jgit timestamp qualifier
happy.

This change makes LaunchBarManager.descriptors a synchronized map,
slightly reducing the extra code and complexity added for #262.

This change synchronizes access to LaunchBarManager.descriptors, to
avoid a ConcurrentModificationException when adding descriptors for 2
launches at the same time.
Fixes: #262
Note that FileBasedErrorParserTests had to change because of some
Tycho incompatibility with JUnit's ParameterizedTest. It works
in the IDE, but not in maven.
The correct fix is to resolve the tycho settings, see Bug 569949
for a previous example. It may also be simply resolved by updating
to Tycho 3.0.0. However I want to get this change in as
at the moment CDT.setup is broken and that is impeding developers.
Warning in build.properties will be errors when they run
in the tycho build, like this:
```
Error: Failed to execute goal org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-packaging-plugin:2.7.5:package-plugin
(default-package-plugin) on project org.eclipse.cdt.core.tests:
/home/runner/work/cdt/cdt/core/org.eclipse.cdt.core.tests/build.properties:
bin.includes value(s) [test.xml] do not match any files. -> [Help 1]
```
So make them errors in the workspace so that the issue is
detected before push.
Some build.properties issues don't affect the build, but
are still indicative of a problem.
This is mostly a no-op change, but fixes the error
about incorrect reference.
The descriptorUI extension used an ID that never existed,
and the code in ConfigSelector just fell back on
DefaultDescriptorLabelProvider it none were found, so
the user visible change here is nothing.
Fixup for 8f8c2e02b6
The launchbar way of compositing images for the buttons was preventing
the use of higher quality icons on hidpi dislays, making the launchbar
buttons look blurry or pixelated compared to other toolbar buttons.
Instead we can get a nicer result with a custom widget on which we can
directly draw a button border plus the hidpi version of the icon.
Also included is an attempt at a 2x hammer build button icon, which
should look a bit nicer on hidpi screens.
The CDT Cleanup profile had a bunch of extra cleanups applied to it, this
prevents running the CDT cleanup profile manually to simulate running the
save actions on all Java files

Previously custom launch config tabs could cause a Class Cast Exception
in the Launchbar's edit launch config dialog if they did not use the
GridLayout. Since ed1e058 the launchbar dialog no longer tries to give
the tab control GridLayoutData, avoiding the problem and allowing custom
tabs to use whatever layout they wish.
This change updates the launchbar UI tests to Junit 5 and adds a new
SWTbot test to verify the dialog no longer throws a CCE in this case.

The current situation is that:
* launch configuration dialog tabs scroll correctly in the standard
Eclipse platform dialog, but not at all in the Launchbar-specific dialog
* some CDT-supplied launch configuration dialog tabs try to manage their
own scrolling behaviour to fix scrolling in the Launchbar-specific
dialog but this breaks scrolling for that tab in the standard Eclipse
platform dialog.
This change fixes the launchbar-specific editor dialog to use a scrolled
composite instead of a regular composite on which to layout the content
of each tab -- This gives the launchbar's configuration editing dialog
exactly the same scrolling behaviour as the standard Eclipse platform
configuration editing dialog.
And also fixes any CDT-supplied tabs that try to manage their own
scrolling behaviour so now all tabs have the same behaviour when viewed
in the Launchbar-specific dialog as they do when viewed in the standard
Eclipse platform dialog.

Make explicit the decisions to push down to providers to
populate configuration by checking if descriptor supports target. Make
explicit the delete/reset logic by a new method on the interface, as
opposed to checking if the descriptor is an instanceof
DefaultDescriptor. This enables descriptors which support targets, and
can be deleted.

versions to align with CDT. This provides consistent release records and
