f9065c3dda Fix to PR 60020. 
GDB returns the children when a pointer
	points to a structure.
	Also ignore the keyword "const" when parsing.

7ef1a6ed7e Change The Core Model interfaces to throw CModelException when 
the fail abnormally.  This forces a lot of try{} catch(){}
bloks and rethrow to be added in the code.
