63bc5b00d2 - fixed up CompleteParseASTFactory.lookupQualifiedName in the case where the 
tokenDuple has 1 segement
- fixed CompleteParseASTFactory.createMethod to handle template ids
- fixed instantiation of member templates
- fixed up handling of explicit specializations
