41c9d0faec - Added support for search name grouping. 
- Handled the case of CContainer in both updateIndexAddResource and
updateIndexRemoveResource.
- Added timing for merge operations - controlled by Indexer tracing option
- Modified removeSourceFolderFromIndex in IndexManager to take an IProject

c33e846074 patch from Tanya Wolff - This patch switches the Binary Parser Options group with its child composite. This gets rid of an unnamed composite between the controls and the group so that a screen reader can read the name of the group before the control. Now you can't see the Binary Parser Options group unless you select a parser that has some options. 
Also externalized some dialog titles accessed by Browse buttons.

09c86e033a patch from Tanya Wolff - Here's a patch that sets titles for "Open" FileDialog and "Browse For Folder" DirectoryDialog which aren't necessary for Windows OS since these dialogs come from the platform and have their own defaults, but for Linux, these dialogs don't have defaults. 
Tested on Windows and Linux

a2e471d3f5 - fix for bug #66108 (C++ browser cannot show members of class) 
- all types now visible in the types view (ie not just classes & structs)
	- runnables now use IProgressService.busyCursorWhile (prevents progress
	dialog from being displayed during short operations)
