349c1e2627 1. IConfigurationElement get*Element() and set*Element(IConfigurationElement ) methods are deprecated for the IBuilder and ITool, and removed for the IInputType and the IOutputType

f8dc010214 Partial fix for PR 94702: CygpathTranslator cannot work with old cygwin versions. 
Scanner Configuration Discovery now uses 'cygpath' command specified in CygwinPEBinaryParser property page.
