Moving shared library features from mi to CDI.

Added new methods to ICDISharedLibraryManager:
- isAutoLoadSymbols
- isStopOnSolibEvents
- setAutoLoadSymbols
- setStopOnSolibEvents
- supportsAutoLoadSymbols
	- supportsStopOnSolibEvents
