Code Issues Wiki Activity

Remove deprecated constructors.

Browse source 
The constructors MIFileExecAndSymbols(ICommandControlDMContext) and
MIFileExecAndSymbols(ICommandControlDMContext, String) where removed.
MIFileExecAndSymbols(IMIContainerDMContext) and
MIFileExecAndSymbols(IMIContainerDMContext, String) should be used
instead.
