The Binaries/Archives were not deleted in the virtual containers.
* model/org/eclipse/cdt/internal/core/model/DeltaProcessor.java:
createElement() checks for the binaries in the virtual containers also.
* mode/org/eclipse/cdt/internal/core/model/CModelManager.java:
Remove unused methods.
