# geth
> The go-ethereum command line interface.
- Connect to the main Ethereum network and automatically download the full node:
`geth`
- Connect to the Ropsten test network:
`geth --testnet`
- Create a new account:
`geth account new`
- Enable mining:
`geth --mine`
